1) When I order my photos, how long should I expect before I received them in the mail?
Typical turnaround for photos is within a 1-2 week time frame. Rush orders are also possible if needed/wanted sooner. Please inquire about rush delivery.

2) What happens if I receive my photo, and I am not happy with it?
We believe that it is highly unlikely that you will be unhappy with your photos, since we personally make sure that the photos that are shipped out are top notch quality. But if for some reason, you are not happy with your photo, please contact us at: service@tracktimephotos.com In your email, describe what it is that you are unhappy about and we will do our best to make you happy. If you are unhappy about print quality, we will be glad to send you another print.

4) I know that TrackTime Photos was shooting an event that I participated in, but I do not see the pictures on the website?
If for some reason you do not see pictures from an event that you participated in, contact us and we will see what we can do. Please include the event date, event location, your car make/model, and any other important information that you feel would help us located your pictures.
